Association Office - Inauguration

Dr. Udaya Bhaskar inaugurated the office of Hyderabad Alumni Association on 2nd February, 2012 at 6:30 PM. Thanks to Dr. Botta Venkataramana, Chairman of Gokul group of educational institutions for accommodating our office, in the premises of Gokul Degree College, Erragadda.

About 40 Members graced the occasion making the function a grand success. Sri Sankar Rao, Patron and President of our Association welcomed the participation of all our alumni to fulfil our Mission, apart from the meets we arrange.

On the eve of inauguration of our office, Dr. Udayabhaskar, Sri Sankar Rao, Dr. M. Viswanatham, Dr. Botta Venkataramana, Sri Adivi Rama Rao, Sri AGK Rao, Sri Aswini Subba Rao, Sri P Sundaram all have participated in pooja to mother Goddess and sought her blessings for the successful conduct of our activities.

Sri Adivi Rama Rao, Patron and Vice President of the First Executive Committee was kind to gift the Office with a Conference table and 6 chairs. Sri PSU Sarma, though could not attend offered to gift a fan. Sri B.Ch. V. Subba Rao (Aswini Subba Rao), Patron promised great support and we will certainly exploit his magnanimous offer for the benefit of our fraternity. Sri Narasipuram Raghavendra Rao, First Life Member promised to contribute towards the furniture required in the office.

Sri Udaya Bhaskar [1984, Civil] addressed all the participants. In his own words "The College needs support from distinguished alumni to fulfil the vision and mission of ECOSAK and the College. The support need not be always in the form of financial assistance. The Alumni can motivate the present generation of faculty and students. Most of being in the industry for a long time, they can also share experiences and practical knowledge gained over years. They can also help the College to train the present generation of students in tune with the contemporary requirements of the industry. In addition, the Alumni can also help the College in acquiring facilities that can be easily acquired by the College due to certain constraints faced in Government Sector. I hope that starting an Office for Hyderabad Alumni Association is going to lay a strong foundation in achieving our goals."

To facilitate the interaction of our alumni, the EC made it a point to meet on every 1st Saturday of the month at 6:30 PM in the office and all our alumni are welcome to the meeting.
